HCR Rel-Ease is what you need.
In each 60-minute session, I will lead you through breathing, movement, self-massage and releasing strategies that will leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed and released. Either in person or in the comfort of your own home (in your jammmies if you prefer), this class helps you have a restful night’s sleep and arrive at the next morning ready to make the most of the day ahead!
Add your own chillout tunes, lovely smells, yoga mats and bolsters help you make the most of your me-time.
Fortnightly sessions on Sunday evenings, alternating between face-to-face and on Zoom.
