Mighty Mums course + Postnatal Massage

Adding a massage to your postnatal comeback:

  • Helps with that process of healing, repair and recovery
  • Gives you a valuable time out to relax and focus on yourself & your body
  • Helps with aches and pains that come with new motherhood
  • Lets you take time to feel pampered and looked after

Exercise is only part of the postnatal recovery process. As well as strengthening the weaker muscles, we need to release the muscles that get overworked or spend too long in the same position – I’m especially looking at you, upper back and shoulders!

There are no greasy rubs here! You can expect a therapeutic massage that pays attention to your postnatal body and eases aches and pains.

I am also skilled in abdominal massage to help you reconnect to your tummy, breathe more easily and fully use your core muscles once more.

Massage after a c-section is also therapeutic because surgery can create new tensions throughout your body. I am also qualified in scar massage if you wish to learn more about releasing a fully healed section scar.


You can upgrade your Mighty Mums course with a massage for an extra £50.

When you book your Mighty Mums course, you’ll see a tick box to add on a massage treatment to your booking. Massages are available on Saturdays between 9am and 2pm at Dialogue and Space, 64 Albion Street, Edinburgh EH7 5QZ. I’ll be in touch with the booking link so you can choose your appointment time.
