I’m Elspeth – feminist, mum of grown-up children, reader, writer, and lover of both strength training and a good lie-down.

Growing up in the 80s and 90s when body shame was standard and food was for losers, it took me a long time to shake off the feeling that my body was rubbish and should be punished.

The patriarchy is a slippery f*cker and now I’m every bit as much against the filters and fillers influencing how women are supposed to look.

I love working with women who have run out of f*cks to give and who want to get & stay strong while laughing too loudly.

“Elspeth is so knowledgeable and has an amazing ability to make you feel at ease and like you have known her for years. I’ve been suffering with extreme post hysterectomy pain that started around 2 years after my hysterectomy. The gynaecology team think it might be due to scar tissue so massage could be the key. Elspeth teaches techniques to enable me to be able to maintain correct massage for the scar.” – JT
