In times when it’s easier and safer to work out at home, or when there is demand, Pregnancy Power-UP is available on Zoom.
Zoom sessions offer the same mobility, strength & cardio to help you maintain your movement and fitness through the second and third trimester, but are delivered to your living room.
You’ll need a resistance band, small hand weights and perhaps a larger weight like a bag of books for deadlifts and squats.
Session recordings are available for 3 days.
